Yudu Login Issues Alert: 21 Feb

In early February, our platform provider – Yudu – undertook a major infrastructure upgrade.

On 20 – 21 February, other intermittent tech issues have emerged, sometimes preventing server access.

If you receive the message: ‘We are unable to connect to the server to authenticate your details’ then you are affected (note, this does not apply to everybody).

Yudu has been notified of this issue and they are working on it over the weekend.
