Why do I get the error message ‘this subscription cannot be used on any more computers’?

Each subscription to the Peaceful Pill eHandbook allows the subscriber to access the book on up to 3 devices.
Therefore you must allow the Yudu site http://www.yudu.com to set a cookie so that your device can identify you and grant you access.
This process is explained in Point 4 of the welcome, log-in email we sent you when you first subscribed. You can learn how to allow cookies on various browsers here.
If you do not do this, you will lock yourself out.
If you have allowed the Yudu cookie but still get an error message, it may be that your anti-virus or clean-up program is wiping the cookie. Without the cookie Yudu will read each subsequent log in as unique (new computer), eventually locking you out when the allocation limit is reached.
Exit is unable to offer personalised advice on a subscriber’s unique security settings. In most cases, a program’s ‘Help’ files should contain the information required.
