Breach of any of the above conditions, individually or collectively, constitutes grounds for the termination (without refund) of a Peaceful Pill eHandbook subscription by Exit International and a forfeiture of the subscription. Exit operates a one-strike policy on each of the above.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed. We take no responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
You must notify us within 10 weeks of dispatch date as recorded in your account if you have not received an item. After this time no refund will be issued for any missing orders.
The information contained in this website may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical or bibliographical errors. We expressly exclude all liabilities howsoever arising, including for inaccuracies or errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Exit International either owns the content of this website or is permitted by the copyright owner to use the content on the website. Brand names, cover images, characters, book titles and other product information used in this website may be the trade mark or intellectual property of a registered holder. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above, and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders’ rights.

By purchasing from us you agree that you act as the importer of goods shipped from overseas and that all such goods are for private use only. You are responsible for any import or other taxes arising from the importation of these goods.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Un-accessed, a Peaceful Pill eHandbook subscription may be cancelled and refunded for 14 days following the date of purchase.
The Peaceful Pill eHandbook subscription cannot be refunded after user access has been recorded (book’s seal is broken/ download has occurred on the Yudu software platform) as this access will constitute a waiver of any 14 day cooling off period.
If a subscription is purchased in error (eg. the purchaser is unable to prove they are > 50 years as per these terms of sale) a maximum refund of USD$80 will be issued, allowing for handling & processing fees.
A refund cannot be requested following customer notification that a pirate copy has been obtained (illegally).
If a purchased eHandbook appears to have a technical issue, please email sales@peacefulpilhandbook.com for tech support.
A print book may be cancelled 14 days from the date of receipt. Return of the item is the cost of the purchaser. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
A refund will not be issued if a print book is seized by customs of any country upon entry. Responsibility for purchase remains with the purchaser.
A print book may be returned within 14 days of purchase if it is found to be damaged.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in the Netherlands, and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.
Exit International reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time by posting the changes to these terms and conditions on the Service at this Website
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Exit International and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Website.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Peaceful Pill eHandbook log-in details will generally be provided to you within 48 hours of purchase. These details will be sent by email to your nominated email account. The email will contain all instructions for access, as well as technical support contact details. Shipping of the print books may take up to 10 weeks.
