As an academic research in the area of legal assisted dying, and the clinical practices surrounding it, I came to the surprising awareness that I was not at all interested in the medicalisation of this free choice. The PPH, through its evidence-based, balanced, no-frills approach to all of the options available has clarified my thinking on this topic – both academically and personally. I am very grateful for having discovered this.
